My first post on Waarbenjij.nu. My profile is called Onmyway because, well, that's what I am. My journey has started 28 years ago and so far, I've seen quite a lot. Bright sights, dark sights, going South, going North, all of these places brought me to where I am now. To me, that journey is very special and I am eager to see where my way will go in the future. I'd like to invite you to be part of my exploring but also I hope this journey will contribute to other's ways.

Today I worked at Calvin Klein. All my colleagues know about my plan and are very supportive. As a freelance stylist I can plan my time the way I want, which is the best thing when you want to travel for you don't know how long.
I've already done a lot of prepping for my trip and still some things to take care of, which is the reason I didn't book my flight yet. I don't want to stress out about practical stuff like insurances or finding someone to rent my room for the time that I'm away. I love the place where I live now, it's on the North side of Amsterdam, so you cross the river IJ and I only cycle 5 minutes before I'm home. I kind of have a view on the river which is very luxurious if you ask me. Luckily I found someone who wants to live here for the time I'm away! Another good thing about working as a Freelancer is your network. I actually found Mr. Rent through Fashion! As long as you spread the word about what you're looking for and you have the right intentions and awareness, it'll cross your path. Be patient and stay conscious. Focus on what the universe is giving you and open yourself up to the subtle but extant vibrations along the way.
